Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items (if specified as final sale).
  • Customized or personalized products.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within [5-7 business days] and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at brandify2025@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe:
